Applied intelligence, engineered for decisions that matter.
For nearly five decades, Tetrax has built the systems that turn complex operations into confident decisions — for defense commands, banking platforms, and space programs. Backed by depth in both electrical engineering and computer science, we deliver complete solutions — hardware, software, and integration — not just software consulting. Today, that same discipline is available to any organization ready to put AI to work in its own operations.

Dr. Saleh's doctoral research produced GODDESS (Goal-Directed Decision Structuring System) and IDEA (Issue-Driven Elicitation Algorithm) — early architectures for goal-directed reasoning and automated decision structuring, co-developed with Dr. Judea Pearl and published in IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence. That work anticipated principles now central to modern agentic AI: goal-directed planning, autonomous execution, and reasoning under uncertainty.
He has since founded and led multiple technology enterprises — Tetrax Corporation, Decision Support Industries, and First Global Financial Corporation among them — directing government, defense, and commercial AI programs for over four decades.
His foundation in electrical engineering and computer systems design, alongside his doctoral work in computer science, means Tetrax engagements aren't limited to software. Where a project calls for it, we design and integrate the underlying hardware and systems architecture as well — a single team accountable for the complete solution.
